Description

The Milwaukee County Department of Health and Human Services (DHHS), Aging & Disabilities Services (ADS) is soliciting proposals to develop and implement socialization and meal site supervision services for Native American elders. The contract period is tentatively from January 1, 2027, to December 31, 2027. Existing agencies must reapply to be considered for the 2027 contract. The solicitation includes informational meetings and a question submission deadline prior to the proposal close date.
