The City of Murrieta is seeking a qualified vendor to provide comprehensive maintenance and support services for its Milestone Video Security Camera System across five city facilities. - Government Buyer: - City of Murrieta, Information Technology Department - OEMs and Vendors: - Milestone Systems (primary OEM for video management software) - Hanwha Vision, Hanwha Techwin, Samsung Wisenet (camera OEMs) - Products/Services Requested: - Maintenance and support for approximately 130 security cameras (fixed, dome, bullet, PTZ, multisensor, panoramic, thermal, license-plate recognition, specialty) - Milestone XProtect Access 2023 R2 and XProtect Expert 2023 R2 software support (including annual Care Plus renewals) - Seven recording servers - Preventive maintenance (biannual inspections, weather treatment, UPS battery testing, camera lens cleaning) - Real-time system monitoring and reporting (camera connectivity, recording status, server/storage thresholds, firmware status, network switch status) - Upgrades and firmware updates for cameras and servers - Loaner equipment and replacement parts (must match or be equivalent to original specifications) - Unlimited remote and on-site labor, including after-hours support - On-call/as-needed services (installation, configuration, system expansions, emergency repairs, custom programming, training, cybersecurity assessments) - Unique/Notable Requirements: - All costs (labor, lifts, consumables, monitoring, etc.) must be included in the annual fixed fee - 4-hour Priority 1 incident resolution with financial penalties for non-compliance - Compliance with California prevailing wage and contractor licensing - Annual fixed fee with permitted price escalation in years 2-5 - Loaner equipment to minimize downtime - Services must adhere to manufacturer recommendations and industry best practices - Contract term: three-year base with two optional one-year renewals - Project location: Murrieta, Riverside County, California
