The U.S. Air Force Life Cycle Management Center at Hanscom Air Force Base is seeking proposals for a comprehensive audiovisual (A/V) and communications upgrade in the Lundy Auditorium, Building 1614. - Government Buyer: - U.S. Air Force Life Cycle Management Center (AFLCMC), Hanscom AFB, AFLCMC/HNJ and AFLCMC HANSCOM PZI offices - Project Scope: - Upgrade and installation of A/V and telecommunications infrastructure in the Lundy Auditorium - Includes CODEC controller connections, HDMI and USB panels, LC fiber connections, and cabling between auditorium and communications closet - All cabling must meet ANSI/TIA standards; installers must be BICSI Installer 2 certified - Project requires new equipment, testing, documentation, and training for government IT personnel - Supports both secure and unclassified video and voice telecommunications - Products and Services Requested: - CODEC controller connections (for computer desk and tablet display) - A/V controller panel, USB controller panel, HDMI ports/panels, LC fiber connections - Fiber optic cable, twisted pair copper cabling, comm closet hardware, termination consumables, and testing equipment - Professional services: RCDD Designer, BICSI Installer 2, Telecommunications Tech, Project Manager - Project management, installation, testing, as-built documentation, and training - Unique/Notable Requirements: - All cabling must comply with ANSI/TIA standards - Installers must hold BICSI Installer 2 certification - Project includes both classified and unclassified network support - 100% small business set-aside; NAICS code 238210 (Electrical Contractors and Other Wiring Installation Contractors) - Firm fixed price contract - No specific OEMs or part numbers are identified in the solicitation or attachments - All work must be completed within 120 calendar days from award, with installation starting within 10 days of notice to proceed
