The New York State Gaming Commission has been approved to enter into a one-year single source contract with KPMG to provide Certified Public Accounting services related to the observation and certification of lottery drawings, ball weight certifications, ball set destruction, and other engagements. The previous contract expired on May 31, 2026, and no responsive bids were received in response to a recent RFP. KPMG will continue providing these critical services to ensure uninterrupted lottery draws while the commission resolicits bids.
