Description
Herriman City is seeking proposals from qualified architecture, design, and engineering firms to provide professional services for the planning, design, engineering, and preparation of construction documents for the Butterfield Arena and Event Center project located at Butterfield Park in Herriman, Utah. The project aims to develop a premier regional arena and event center supporting rodeos, equestrian events, agricultural programming, concerts, community events, sports tourism, and other entertainment opportunities while preserving the western heritage of Herriman City. The selected consultant will provide comprehensive services including project programming, conceptual planning, architectural and engineering services, schematic design, design development, construction documents, grant and funding support, and presentations. The project includes expanded spectator seating, event center spaces, livestock facilities, concessions, restrooms, VIP areas, parking improvements, and utility infrastructure enhancements.
