Salt Lake City Corporation is seeking information from qualified vendors regarding a timekeeping and scheduling system for the City's Public Safety Departments including Police, Fire, and Emergency 911. The purpose of this Request for Information (RFI) is to gather information on system capabilities, integration options with Workday Human Capital Management, scheduling features, implementation considerations, and costs. The City currently uses Telestaff and is interested in exploring new solutions that support diverse shift hours, communication with staff, reporting, security, and integration with other public safety software.
