This Invitation for Bid (IFB) seeks Lit Fiber services to provide reliable and efficient Fiber based Metro Ethernet connectivity between various site locations in Illinois. The solicitation is issued in conjunction with the Universal Service Fund Schools and Libraries Program E-Rate Form 470. Bidders must have a valid Service Provider Identification Number (SPIN) and comply with E-Rate Supplemental Terms and Conditions. The minimum bandwidth requested is 20 Mbps, and bidders may submit bids for all, single, or multiple circuits as defined in the IFB.
