The Calcasieu Parish School Board is seeking E-rate eligible proposals for wireless networking equipment, cloud management licensing, software maintenance, technical support, and manufacturer support for approximately 4,000 existing Extreme Networks wireless access points (AP350) and optionally for about 200 enterprise-class wireless access points (Extreme AP305C or AP3020 or equivalent). The services include all licensing, subscriptions, updates, support, and components necessary to maintain a fully operational wireless environment compatible with the District's existing infrastructure or providing equivalent functionality. Vendors must comply with all E-rate program requirements. Quantities are estimates and subject to change based on funding and operational needs.
