This opportunity is for the weekly supply of dry ice pellets to Columbus Air Force Base's medical facilities. - Government Buyer: - Defense Health Agency (DHA), HCD South - U.S. Air Force, 14th Medical Group, Koritz Clinic - Products/Services Requested: - Weekly delivery of 300 pounds of medical-grade dry ice pellets - Deliveries to occur on a consistent weekday (Tuesday, Wednesday, or Thursday) during normal business hours - Delivery bins must have soft rubber wheels or suitable transport to prevent floor damage - Contractor must provide all management, tools, supplies, equipment, parts, containers, and labor - Quantities and Period of Performance: - 300 pounds per week, every week, for a base year plus four one-year option periods (total of five years) - Monthly invoicing required - Unique/Notable Requirements: - 100% small business set aside - No specific OEMs, brands, or part numbers specified - Compliance with federal electronic invoicing and delivery schedule adjustments for federal holidays or closures - No OEMs or specific vendors are named in the solicitation.

Notice to Offeror(s)/Supplier(s): Funds are not presently available for this effort. No award will be made under this solicitation until funds are available or it may be made subkect to the availability of funds. The Government reserves the right to cancel this solicitation, either before or after the closing date. In the event the Government cancels this solicitation, the Government has no obligation to reimburse an offeror for any costs."

This is a 100% small business set aside for the delivery of 300 pounds of dry ice pellets weekly, to the military treament facility on Columbus Air Force Base (see attached statement of work).
