The Pearl Harbor Naval Shipyard & Intermediate Maintenance Facility (PHNSY & IMF), under the U.S. Navy, is seeking annual calibration, troubleshooting, and repair services for three Government-owned Proof Test Machines manufactured by Roberts Testing. - Government Buyer: - U.S. Navy, Pearl Harbor Naval Shipyard & Intermediate Maintenance Facility (PHNSY & IMF) - OEM Highlight: - Roberts Testing is the Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) for all machines - Machines Requiring Service: - Vertical Proof Test Hoist Stand, Model 80,000 lbf (1 unit) - Horizontal Proof Test Bed Machine, Model 225,000/50,000 lbf (1 unit) - Horizontal Proof Test Bed Machine, Model 1,200,000/45,000 lbf (1 unit) - Services Requested: - Annual on-site calibration, troubleshooting, and repair for all three machines - Certification of machines per ASTM E4 standards - Use of existing Vishay Indicators and LCp-200 Proof Testing System Software - Submission of detailed calibration and service reports within 10 working days post-service - Unique/Notable Requirements: - Contractor must maintain NAVSEA 04-approved accreditation - Compliance with safety, environmental, and security requirements - Services must be performed annually, with flexibility for Government to adjust completion dates - Quantities: - Total of 3 machines serviced annually

In accordance with Revolutionary FAR Overhaul (RFO) 10.001, this Sources Sought Notice is for market research and information purposes only at this time and shall not be construed as a solicitation or as an obligation.

This notice is to determine the availability of small businesses (including the following subsets, Small Disadvantaged Businesses, HUBZone Firms; Certified 8(a), Service- Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business and Woman Owned Small Business) to provide the required services.

Pearl Harbor Naval Shipyard and Intermediate Maintenance Facility (PHNSY & IMF) is issuing this sources sought synopsis as a means of conducting market research to seek eligible contractors to provide troubleshoot, repair, and calibrate three (3) Government-owned Roberts Testing Proof Test Machines to ensure their accuracy, reliability, and safe operation.  The Contractor shall provide all necessary labor, materials, and expertise to perform comprehensive troubleshooting, repair, and calibration services on the Government-owned equipment specified in the Performance Work Statement.
