This is a combined solicitation/synopsis for a commercial sole source item prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Overhaul Part 12.  This announcement constitutes only a synopsis.  A separate written solicitation will not be issued to SAM.gov. 

Solicitation number 12314426Q0195 is issued as a Sole Source Request for Quotation (RFQ) to Fitch Solutions, Inc.

The purpose of the requirement is for US Department of Agriculture (USDA),  Foreign Agricultural Service (FAS), for a Fitch Credit Ratings Research for Global Banks and Global Sovereigns Subscription.
