Description
The Naval Air Warfare Center Aircraft Division (NAWCAD) at Patuxent River, MD intends on issuing a solicitation for the services necessary to provide security support for the F-35 Joint Strike Fighter (JSF), Joint Program Office (JPO). F-35 JSF JPO security efforts include providing advice and services regarding programmatic security measures that deny unauthorized access to F-35 facilities, equipment, and resources, and protect personnel, information, and property from damage and/or loss of technology. Security support services encompass the management and control of controlled unclassified information (CUI), collateral/general service (GENSER) information, special access program (SAP) information, North Atlantic Treaty Organization (NATO) information, Critical Nuclear Weapons Design Information (CNWDI), Restrict Data and Formal Restricted Data, and Sensitive Compartmented Information (SCI) across multiple security disciplines. Security support disciplines consist of, but are not limited to, General Security (GENSEC), Industrial Security (INDUSEC), Information Security (INFOSEC), Personnel Security (PERSEC), and Physical Security (PHYSEC). The contractor shall be responsible for a full range of services as outlined in the Draft PWS, Attachment 1. Based on the results of the market reserch and the sources sought posted on 22 September 2025, this requirement will be competed on a Full and Open, Unrestricted basis.
The Government intends to award a single award, Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) Contract that allows for Firm-Fixed Price orders with some Cost CLINs. The anticipated ordering period will be five (5) years.
