Description

Supply Ontario is conducting an open competitive procurement process to establish a Vendor of Record arrangement for primary care digital services to support the modernization of Ontario’s primary care ecosystem. The procurement includes two key streams: Primary Care Medical Record (PCMR) and Customer Care Managed Services and Support. The goal is to provide secure, interoperable, and scalable digital services that support connected primary care delivery across Ontario, enabling clinicians to access and contribute patient information through modern digital tools, reduce administrative burden, and improve continuity of care.
