The Commonwealth of Pennsylvania Department of General Services (DGS) is seeking to pre-qualify suppliers for statewide Water Treatment Services at government facilities. - Government Buyer: - Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, Department of General Services, Bureau of Procurement - Scope of Services: - Inspection and water treatment services for non-potable water systems - Boiler systems - Steam generating systems - HVAC systems - Cooling towers - Recirculating hot and cold-water systems (open and closed loops) - Services may be required during normal business hours, nights, weekends, and emergencies - Initial inspection and service plan development must be provided at the supplier's expense - Key Requirements: - Suppliers must have at least two years of relevant experience - Must employ a Certified Water Technologist (CWT) and/or Water Treatment Chemist - Must hold a valid PA Department of Environmental Protection (DEP) Chapter 252 Laboratory Accreditation Certificate - Must submit workforce utilization and Iran Free Procurement forms - Ability to serve selected counties across Pennsylvania - Notable Exclusions: - This is not a bulk chemical or equipment purchasing contract; chemicals or equipment may only be provided as secondary to the services - No specific OEMs or vendors are named in the solicitation - Contract Duration: - Initial term through December 31, 2031, with a possible five-year renewal

Description

The Department of General Services (DGS) of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania is soliciting suppliers to submit qualifications for a statewide Water Treatment Services Invitation to Qualify (ITQ). Qualified suppliers will be awarded a contract and may respond to Requests for Quotes (RFQs) for services related to non-potable water systems, including boiler systems, steam generating systems, HVAC systems, cooling towers, and recirculating hot and cold-water systems at various Commonwealth agencies. The contract term is from July 21, 2026, through December 31, 2031, with a possible renewal for an additional five years.
