The Marine Corps Recruit Depot Parris Island (MCRDPI) Weapons and Field Training Battalion (WFTBn) is seeking a 3-year maintenance contract for its fleet of Utility Terrain Vehicles (UTVs). - Government Buyer: - U.S. Marine Corps, Marine Corps Recruit Depot Parris Island, Weapons and Field Training Battalion (WFTBn) S-4 - OEMs Highlighted: - Polaris (models: Ranger 1000, Ranger Crew SP570, Ranger 570EFI) - John Deere (models: XUV 855M, XUV 875M) - Products/Services Requested: - Maintenance for the following UTVs: - 1x 2018 John Deere XUV 855M - 5x 2021 Polaris Ranger 1000 - 5x 2022 Polaris Ranger Crew SP570 - 3x 2024 Polaris Ranger 570EFI - 1x 2024 John Deere XUV 875M - Semiannual Tier 1 Maintenance: oil/filter changes, inspections, diagnostic scans, lubrication, air filter cleaning, CVT belt inspection, spark arrestor cleaning, tightening fasteners - Semiannual Tier 2 Maintenance: all Tier 1 services plus valve clearance adjustment and spark plug replacement - Notable Requirements: - All maintenance must be performed by qualified mechanics using OEM-specified parts and procedures - Maintenance tracked by vehicle serial number; detailed reports required - Up to three UTVs may be off-site for maintenance at any time - Routine maintenance per UTV must not exceed 4 days per semiannual cycle - Non-routine repairs are not included in this contract
