Description

The software should support the review, organization, redaction, and production of email records and other electronically stored information related to the City's California Public Records Act response workflows and legal/administrative review processes. The solution must manage large volumes of electronic communications, improve efficiency and collaboration, support workflows including ingestion, search, review, redaction, and export of records, and integrate with the City's Public Records Request software or include a built-in request tracking module. The contract term is three years with four optional one-year renewals.
