The Texas Health and Human Services Commission (HHSC) is soliciting bids to establish contracts for 450 access keys for the web-based Riverside Score System. These access keys enable Early Childhood Intervention (ECI) subrecipients to electronically score the Battelle Developmental Inventory, Third Edition (BDI-3) by entering raw scores, assessment data, and test session observations. The BDI-3 is an evaluation tool used to measure developmental milestones in children across five domains: communication, social-emotional, adaptive, motor, and cognitive. Both HHSC and the Department of State Health Services (DSHS) will be entitled to use any contract awarded as a result of this solicitation.
