Description

The Coast Guard will enforce special local regulations for the Beaufort Water Festival event from July 17, 2026, through July 26, 2026, to ensure safety on the navigable waterway during the event. The regulated area is identified in Beaufort, SC, within the Seventh Coast Guard District. During enforcement, vessel operators in the regulated area must comply with directions from the Captain of the Port, Sector Charleston, or their designated representative. The regulations are specified in 33 CFR 100.704 and will be enforced daily from 7 a.m. to 5 p.m. throughout the event period.
