The California Department of Transportation (Caltrans) intends to repatriate certain cultural items classified as objects of cultural patrimony that have cultural affiliations with Indian Tribes or Native Hawaiian organizations. These items were recovered from two San Bernardino County collections related to Caltrans projects and are currently held by the San Bernardino County Museum.
