This notice announces the completion of an inventory of associated funerary objects by the U.S. Department of Energy, Idaho Operations Office (DOE-ID) in accordance with the Native American Graves Protection and Repatriation Act (NAGPRA). The inventory identified 32 associated funerary objects, including black obsidian biface tools and arrow shafts, culturally affiliated with the Shoshone-Bannock Tribes of the Fort Hall Reservation. The objects were collected from archaeological sites on Idaho National Laboratory Site lands. Repatriation of these objects may occur on or after August 21, 2026, following consultation and determination of the appropriate requestor.
