This collection supports the DHS Office for Civil Rights and Civil Liberties (CRCL) in reviewing and investigating complaints filed by the public regarding DHS policies and activities. The information collected will be used to track allegations, identify trends, and coordinate investigations with DHS components and the Office of Inspector General. Comments on this information collection are requested by September 21, 2026.
