The Florida Department of Agriculture and Consumer Services is seeking professional design services from qualified Architectural and Engineering firms for a new multi-discipline government laboratory expansion facility at the Bronson Animal Disease Diagnostic Laboratory in Kissimmee, Florida. The project includes an approximately 31,000 square foot laboratory expansion and a new 5,000 square foot maintenance shop facility. The selected firm will provide services including planning, programming, design, construction documents, bid support, and construction administration through project completion. The project will be delivered using a construction management at risk method and is subject to future legislative appropriation.
