Ottawa Community Housing (OCH) is seeking to prequalify architects licensed with the Ontario Association of Architects to establish a roster for future projects. The roster will consist of 10 to 16 architects divided into two streams based on building types: Stream 1 for multi-residential mid-rise and high-rise buildings, and Stream 2 for multi-residential low-rise and mid-rise buildings. Prequalified architects will be eligible to respond to subsequent Requests for Proposals. The contract is expected to start on October 15, 2026, with no specified duration.
