Description

Canoe Procurement Group of Canada, on behalf of CivicInfo BC and other members, is requesting proposals for the procurement of runway equipment and specialized airfield systems with related services. The goal is to establish a regional and/or national contract solution under the New West Partnership Trade Agreement (CETA) for use by members across Canada. The scope includes equipment and services primarily designed for maintenance and use on airfield runways such as plows, blowers, brushes, sweepers, anti-icing and deicing equipment, rubber removal and runway traction equipment, navigational aids, specialized airfield monitoring systems, and airfield surface surveillance and driver safety systems. Solutions must be primarily intended for use on airfields and runways; general technology or software solutions are excluded. Proposals are to be submitted through the Sourcewell Procurement Portal by September 8, 2026.
