Description

The City of Fernandina Beach, Florida is soliciting competitive sealed bids for asphalt patch paving of existing asphaltic roads and parking lots using Type S-1 or Type S-3 asphalt for areas less than 1,000 square yards. The work includes utility cut patching with asphalt up to 2 inches thick, removal of excess lime rock, cold mix, or asphalt to obtain a minimum 2-inch paving depth, and saw-cutting asphalt as needed. The contractor must finish to grade, sand seal, and place asphalt pavement per FDOT standards.
