This opportunity seeks comprehensive pest management services for the US Army Garrison at West Point for FY2028. - Government Buyer: - US Army, US Army Garrison West Point - Services Requested: - Scheduled (Type I) pest management for buildings, grounds, and aquatic systems - On-demand (Type II) pest management for a wide range of pests, including disease vectors, nuisance insects, vertebrates, stray animals, and unwanted vegetation - Emergency pest control services with a required response time within 4 hours - Specialized applications such as Primo growth regulator and Proxy seed suppressor on turf and high-visibility areas - Quality Control Program (QCP) with electronic data capture, inspections, and monthly reporting - Pesticide application and management in compliance with EPA and state regulations, including monthly usage reporting and spill response - Unique/Notable Requirements: - Licensed personnel required for all pest management activities - Detailed record-keeping and electronic data capture for all services - Structural pest control must include a 5-year warranty - Emergency services must be available outside regular duty hours with premium hour compensation - Compliance with federal and state pesticide regulations and safety protocols - No specific OEMs or vendors are named in the solicitation - No product part numbers or quantities are specified; services are provided on a scheduled and as-needed basis

This is a sources sought notice and not a request for quotations. The government at the United States Military Academy is looking for a capable contractor who can Provide Pest Control Services on the base. Attached are the CLIN structure that will be used, as well as the PWS.
