The 42nd Contracting Squadron at Maxwell AFB, AL hereby gives NOTICE OF INTENT TO AWARD A SOLE SOURCE to Proquest LLC. to provide subscriptions support the research needs of Air University students, faculty and staff in accordance with (IAW) the attached Statement of Requirement (SOR).
