Description

This project involves the replacement of HVAC systems at Gwinnett County Fire Stations 27 and 28. The scope includes demolition of existing HVAC equipment and concrete pads, installation of new HVAC units, ductwork, controls, and commissioning of the new systems. Construction must be phased to limit equipment downtime as these are active fire stations.
