Description

The Bismarck-Mandan Metropolitan Planning Organization (MPO) is requesting proposals from qualified consultants for a Traffic Data Collection and Analysis project. The project involves collecting and analyzing traffic data to support the development of the Travel Demand Model in 2027. The work will be conducted in cooperation with the City of Bismarck, North Dakota Department of Transportation, Federal Highway Administration, and Federal Transit Administration. The project has a not to exceed budget of $37,000 and must be substantially complete by December 31, 2026. Proposals are due by August 14, 2026, at 4:00 PM Central Time.
