Description

The City of Merced Wastewater Treatment Facility (WWTF) is soliciting proposals for the harvesting and brokerage of fodder crops grown onsite in the Land Application Area (LAA). The purpose is to partner with a proposer to help WWTF recover operational costs of the biosolids application through brokerage of the fodder crops. Proposals must be submitted on paper only in a sealed envelope by August 4, 2026, 2:00 PM. The selected proposer will sign a services agreement and will deduct brokerage costs from the sale of the crop before submitting proceeds to the City.
