Description
The City of Houston’s Housing and Community Development Department (HCD) is seeking applications from qualified nonprofit organizations to provide public services programs to Houston residents. These services include transportation, healthcare, medical education, housing and/or rehousing, mental health, case management, homeless services, legal, housing counseling, employment, substance abuse, job training and education, workforce development, and childcare services. All projects must serve those experiencing homelessness, those at risk for homelessness, or those living with Intellectual Disability Disorders (IDD). The project is funded with approximately $10,300,000.00 for a 24-month period from CDBG and other sources, with agreements for one year and an option for renewal.
