The Phoenix Area Indian Health Service is seeking to procure advanced medical sterilization equipment and related services for the Phoenix Indian Medical Center. - Government Buyer: - Indian Health Service (IHS), Phoenix Area Office - Phoenix Indian Medical Center, Central Sterilization Room (CSR) - OEMs and Vendors: - Getinge (OEM for GSS67N Steam Sterilizer) - Vendors must be OEM-authorized dealers or distributors and provide OEM warranty and service - Products/Services Requested: - 1 Washer Disinfector (medical washer/disinfector for sterilization) - 1 Getinge Steam Sterilizer GSS67N (part number: GSS67N; stainless steel construction; for sterilizing wrapped/unwrapped medical items at 121C–135C) - 1 533 Sterilizer (model 533) - 1 Reverse Osmosis Water System (to supply make-up water for steam generators per AAMI TIR34 Table 1) - Delivery and installation of all equipment, including connection to utilities and removal/disposal of old sterilizers - Quarterly preventive maintenance and repairs for one year (includes parts, labor, travel, and maintenance of RO system) - Staff training on sterilizer operation and maintenance - Unique/Notable Requirements: - Vendors must have at least 10 years of steam sterilizer manufacturing experience (for OEM) - All equipment must be new and include OEM warranty - Delivery and installation required within 18 weeks of order - Equipment must operate with treated water from a Reverse Osmosis system - Set aside 100% for Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Businesses (SDVOSBC) - Staff training and comprehensive maintenance included in scope
