Description

The City of Waco is requesting bids for Landfill Leachate Hauling Services. The successful bidder(s) shall provide all labor, transportation, equipment, materials, permits, and supplies necessary to safely and legally transport leachate generated at a City-operated solid waste landfill facility to a City-operated wastewater treatment facility. Services include loading, transportation, and unloading of leachate from the landfill leachate collection/storage system to the designated wastewater treatment facility. Hauling services are required between 4730 TK Parkway, Axtell, TX and 1147 Treatment Plant Road, Waco, TX, approximately 20.6 miles one way, operating Monday through Friday from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM. Pricing shall be based on a per-load rate with full loads only, except partial loads approved by the Landfill Manager.
