Description

The Town of South Hadley is seeking proposals from qualified firms to provide comprehensive employee benefits consulting and administration services for the Town, South Hadley Public Schools, South Hadley Electric Light Department, eligible retirees, and their covered dependents. The consultant will provide strategic consulting, regulatory guidance, benefits administration, and customer service for health and welfare benefit programs. The contract term is three fiscal years with options for two additional one-year renewals. Proposals must be submitted separately for technical and price components by August 11, 2026.
