Description

The Tennessee Department of General Services is seeking proposals for a Chant Call Center System that includes Computer Assisted Telephonic Interviewing. The system is intended to replace the current in-house developed call center system and must support current call center operations, computer-assisted telephonic interviewing needs, and comply with applicable Federal Communications Commission regulations. The system should also support documentation, reporting, data migration, system operation, maintenance, and training needs for the State Family Health and Wellness Call Center. The call center supports the Community Health Access and Navigation in Tennessee (CHANT) and Evidence Based Home Visiting (EBHV) programs across all 95 counties in Tennessee.
