Description

This solicitation is an invitation to bid for the rehabilitation of the force main on Sword Street in Auburn, Massachusetts. The work includes cleaning, CCTV inspection, system bypass setup and break-down, rehabilitation of approximately 2,700 linear feet of 16-inch sewer ductile iron force main, rehabilitation of one blowoff structure, replacement of one air release structure, and installation of two permanent bypass pumping locations. The project completion time is 120 calendar days for substantial completion and 365 calendar days for final completion from the notice to proceed. A non-mandatory pre-bid meeting is scheduled for July 15, 2026, at the Sword Street Pump Station.
