Health PEI, the health authority for Prince Edward Island, is seeking an industry-leading partner to provide Human Resources Advisory Services and Learning & Development Resources to support organizational effectiveness and workforce capability. - Government Buyer: - Health PEI (Provincial Crown Corporation of Prince Edward Island), Materials Management office - OEMs and Vendors: - No specific OEMs or vendors are named in the solicitation - Products/Services Requested: - Human Resources Advisory Services, including: - Strategic and practical HR advisory support across organizational development, talent management, total rewards, workforce recruitment, employee and labour relations, occupational health, safety, and wellness - Executive advisory services, unlimited on-demand support, consultation on HR initiatives, and evidence-based reports - Learning & Development Resources, including: - Online learning solutions library with virtual, self-directed leadership training content (pathways, programs, courses, lessons) - Toolkits, guides, microlearning resources, and people leader enablement resources - Learning assets compatible with Health PEI's Learning Management System (LMS), supporting SCORM 1.2/2004, xAPI/Tin Can, AICC, and CMI5 formats for progress tracking and data-driven reporting - Unique or Notable Requirements: - All learning content must be compatible with Health PEI's internal LMS and support industry-standard e-learning formats - Emphasis on evidence-based content and leadership development - Services must be available to support both executive and staff-level development - Contract term is three years with an option for a one-year extension (up to four years total) - Anticipated budget is $50,000 to $99,000 CAD per fiscal year

Health PEI is seeking an industry-leading partner to provide expert Human Resources Advisory Services and Learning & Development resources that support organizational effectiveness, workforce capability, employee retention, and employee experience. The successful proponent will deliver expert HR advisory support across key people functions and provide evidence-based learning content, leadership development resources, and role-based training compatible with Health PEI's Learning Management System. The initiative supports Health PEI's goals of enhancing employee experience, developing people leaders, and ensuring a skilled, engaged workforce capable of meeting evolving healthcare needs. The contract duration is 48 months, and the procurement is open to all qualified bidders in Canada.
