San Bernardino County Department of Behavioral Health (DBH) is seeking proposals from qualified organizations to provide Residential Treatment and Withdrawal Management Services at Highland Creek Housing and Wellness Campus (Pacific Village) and all regions within the County. The contract period is from February 1, 2027 through December 31, 2028, with an aggregate increase cost of $19,087,102. Vendors must read the attached RFP document and respond to the proposal submission requirements. Proposals must be submitted by 4:00 PM on August 20, 2026, either electronically or to DBH Administration at 550 Hospitality Lane, 1st Floor, San Bernardino, CA.
