The County of Alameda is seeking proposals for the development of a first-class cellular communication broadcast site at the Alameda County Fairgrounds in Pleasanton, CA. The project involves licensing prime broadcast site locations to qualified broadcasters, cellular providers, and other users of cell sites. Bidders must have at least five years of experience in providing cellular communication services and be certified providers. The County intends to award License Agreements to the most responsible bidders whose proposals meet the requirements outlined in the Request for Proposal (RFP).
