Description

This solicitation is for all labor, material, and equipment required to provide site improvement for a 71'-6" x 40' modular building at Mira Monte High School. The work includes demolition of existing grade and utilities, irrigation line adjustments, site grading, concrete footings and flatwork, utility relocation, galvanized flashing, fencing, gates, landscaping, fire extinguisher installation, signage, trenching, underground conduits, and utility hookups to the modular building. Coordination with the modular building supplier is required. The project also involves infrastructure improvements, new fencing, gates, and landscaping for the SBHIP / Parent Center office building.
