Description

The City of Kinston Public Services Department, Water Resources Division is requesting informal quotes for the sale and delivery of bulk aggregates for the 2026 and 2027 fiscal years ending June 30, 2027. The contract requires the lowest responsive quote to supply all aggregates, with a minimum order of a 20-ton dump truck load per order. Aggregates include Select Sand, Sand Clay, ABC Stone, #57 Stone, #78 Stone, Unscreened Topsoil, Rip Rap, Crushed Concrete, and Crushed or Milled Asphalt, with specified minimum annual order quantities for some materials.
