The County Commission of Berkeley County, West Virginia, is requesting Qualification and Price Proposals for a Case Management System to be used in the Prosecuting Attorney’s Office. The system should support approximately 28 internal users and include features such as a web-based secure hosted CJIS compliant environment, master name tracking, scheduling functionality, bar-coding for case file control, dynamic reporting, file storage for various formats, advanced search, eDiscovery portal, case type management, workflow management, and 3rd party integration options. The County Commission will evaluate submissions to select a responsible and responsive firm offering the most beneficial price proposals and reserves the right to interview prospective firms.
