Please note this solicitation is not ready to be issued as of this date. The Embassy of the United States in Windhoek will launch the solicitation on the SAM.gov website when it is available. 

The U.S. Embassy Windhoek hereby provides the following Pre-solicitation Notice in respect of the issuance of a Request for Quotation (RFQ) for: Diesel Delivery. This is a contract for the delivery of fuel (Diesel) to the U.S. Embassy Windhoek, Namibia. The contractor shall deliver sufficient fuel to fill the underground storage tanks.  

All responsible sources may submit a quotation, which will be considered.

The Government may award the contract based on the initial offer without discussion. The resultant contract will be a firm fixed price type contract.
