Description
The purpose of this contract is to provide streamlined delivery of Electronic Security System (ESS) and Emergency Management System (EMS) service solutions to the warfighter at shore installations worldwide. The scope of this contract covers the entire spectrum of outcomes associated with the full lifecycle of delivery and support of ESS/EMS capabilities. Note: The specific requirements for this RFP include Controlled Unclassified Information (CUI) and will not be made publicly available. In order to obtain access to the full RFP, the Offeror shall download, complete, and submit a signed Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) for each individual requiring access to the non-public documents to mellisa.r.sistare.civ@us.navy.mil via DoD SAEE at: https://safe.apps.mil. To minimize the volume of individual submissions within the DoD SAFE platform, the Offeror shall designate a single Point of Contact from the prime offeror to collect and submit the required NDAs to the Government on behalf of the Offeror’s team (including team members and subcontractors). As such, the Prime Offeror’s single Point of Contact must register for a PIEE account at https://piee.eb.mil and SAM account at https://sam.gov.
