USCG Solicitation for Duct Cleaning, Janitorial, and Interior Painting at Rio Bayamon Housing

This opportunity is issued by the U.S. Coast Guard Engineering Division Housing Maintenance for comprehensive facility services at the Rio Bayamon Housing Community in Puerto Rico. - Government Buyer: - U.S. Coast Guard, Engineering Division Housing Maintenance (Department of Homeland Security) - Services Requested: - Air conditioning duct cleaning and sanitizing for 65 housing units - Includes debris removal, insulation handling, and post-cleaning certification - Contractor must have at least 4 years of relevant experience - Work must be completed within 5 days after notice to proceed - Interior janitorial services for 65 housing units - Includes sweeping, mopping, waxing, cleaning of appliances, bathrooms, windows, and patios - Contractor provides all cleaning products and equipment (e.g., multipurpose cleaner, glass cleaner, disinfectant, wet/dry vacuum) - Contractor must have at least 4 years of experience and comply with OSHA and safety standards - Work must be completed within 60 days after notice to proceed - Interior painting for 25 housing units (various 2- to 4-bedroom types) - Painting of interior walls and wooden door frames using specified Sherwin Williams paints (PM 200 Cottage White Interior Eggshell and PM 400 FL Extra White Flat) - Government provides primer and paint; contractor provides all other materials and labor - Strict compliance with safety, scheduling, and inspection requirements - Work must be completed within 180 days after notice to proceed - OEMs and Vendors: - Sherwin Williams (specified paint manufacturer for interior painting) - Unique/Notable Requirements: - Contractors must have a minimum of 4 years of relevant experience for duct cleaning and janitorial services - Compliance with OSHA, safety, and immigration laws is mandatory - Strict scheduling and completion deadlines for each service - All cleaning and painting materials (except government-furnished paint/primer) must be supplied by the contractor - Post-service certification required for duct cleaning - Coordination with USCG officials for inspections and site access
