Description

Piedmont Community College is soliciting letters of interest from qualified design firms to provide professional design services for the South Campus CDL Driver Training Facility. The project is primarily a civil/site development project including programming, surveys, civil engineering, grading/drainage, stormwater management, erosion control, utility coordination, pavement design, and construction documents. The selected firm will serve as the Designer of Record and assemble necessary subconsultants. The project consists of a new 300'x300' Commercial Driver's License (CDL) Driver Training Facility with a paved driver training pad and associated site improvements.
