SIGA is seeking a certified contractor to replace a rooftop HVAC unit at Living Sky Casino in Swift Current, Saskatchewan. - Government Buyer: - Saskatchewan Indian Gaming Authority (SIGA), Procurement Department - OEMs and Vendors: - Trane (OEM; only Trane equipment is permitted) - Products/Services Requested: - Supply, installation, testing, and commissioning of one brand-new CSA-approved Trane rooftop unit - Must be the manufacturer's recommended replacement for Trane Model YCH180BW0HB - Fully compatible with existing Building Management System (BMS), controls, electrical, and gas systems - Removal and disposal of the existing Trane rooftop unit, including refrigerant recovery and disposal certificates - Crane and rigging services for unit placement - Permitting, documentation, and delivery of O&M manuals, warranties, as-built drawings, and commissioning reports - Training for facility staff on operation and maintenance - Unique/Notable Requirements: - Only Trane equipment is acceptable; no substitutions allowed - All equipment must be brand new, CSA certified, and suitable for use in Canada - Contractor must provide warranty and quality assurance documentation - Disruption and safety plans, insurance, WCB membership, and references for similar work in Saskatchewan are required - Work must be coordinated to minimize disruption and completed before the 2026 heating season

The Saskatchewan Indian Gaming Authority (SIGA) is seeking a qualified, experienced, and certified company to remove and dispose of one existing Trane Rooftop Unit (RTU) and supply, install, test, and commission one brand-new CSA-approved Trane rooftop unit at the Living Sky Casino in Swift Current, Saskatchewan. The new unit must be the manufacturer's recommended replacement for the existing Trane Model YCH180BW0HB and fully compatible with the existing Building Management System (BMS) and associated infrastructure. The scope includes site assessment, permitting, removal, disposal, supply, installation, startup, testing, commissioning, training, and handover. Bidders must comply with all safety, legal, and technical requirements and provide warranty and quality assurance documentation.
