The vendor will perform pumping, jetting, and inspection services on a coordinated schedule with the SWISD Child Nutrition Department, measure grease trap volume capacity, fully pump out grease traps before jetting and inspection, communicate immediately if repairs are needed, properly dispose of grease trap contents, and perform annual inspections with documentation provided to SWISD and SAWS.
