The Inland Empire Utilities Agency (IEUA) is seeking professional engineering services to conduct a comprehensive evaluation of sulfide generation, accumulation, transport, odor release, and corrosion risks within the North Non-Reclaimable Wastewater System (North NRWS), an industrial wastewater brine sewer system. The study aims to characterize sulfide generation mechanisms, identify primary sulfide zones, evaluate corrosion potential, and develop cost-effective mitigation strategies tailored to the industrial wastewater conditions. The scope includes project management, data review, field monitoring, hydraulic and sulfide modeling, and final recommendations.
