Description

This solicitation is for exterior improvements at the Public Works East Yard located at 16641 Orange Avenue, Fontana, CA. The scope includes demolition of existing asphalt, saw cutting asphalt and concrete, removal of existing trees and planting, and construction of concrete paving, CMU walls, combo walls, tube steel fencing, rolling gates with motors and key systems, electrical fixtures, conduit and wiring, asphalt parking lot repairs, and parking lot striping. The contractor must furnish and install the work according to the attached plans and specifications. A California Class "A" contractor’s license is required at the time of bid submission. The project duration is 60 days with a bid due date of August 13, 2026, and a pre-bid meeting on July 28, 2026.
